Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be the wrong item or defective. It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@drippininroyalty.com with your order number, name and email used to place the order. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if it was approved or not. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
